Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 4–15 business days. Your order ships from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs or peak seasons.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 2–3 business days to show updates after you receive it.

Duties and taxes
All import duties and taxes are included in your order. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.

Delayed or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at info@tryaqora.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll update it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we'll always do our best to help.
