1. Overview
The website tryaqora.com (the "Site") is operated by Aqora (ABN 72 178 654 715) ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Our filtered shower head is designed to reduce chlorine in shower water. It is not a medical device, is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and does not soften water. Individual results may vary depending on your local water.

4. Use of the product
Please follow the included instructions and our installation guidance. Filters should be replaced as recommended (chlorine filter about every 6 months and debris filter every 3–6 months, depending on your water). We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.

5. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

6. Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

7. Shipping and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and refunds and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you confirm that it is your own honest experience and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to display and use it on our Site and marketing, with credit to your first name or display name. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

10. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

11. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and applicable US federal and state laws.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the changes.
